I was in process of an order on an online merchant website, it took me to PayPal, Then back to their page, when returning back to page I found that the shipping charges were highly exorbitant, $50+ I had assumed shipping included as it gave me a total (not subtotal) to be charged. Would like to report this vendor to PayPal but have no idea how to do so. I find this behavior manipulative and misrepresenting their price structure. Thanks, Lee

If you click on 'legal' bottom left of this page and then select the 'acceptable use policy' scroll down and there is a 'report' link to report any violations of that policy by other members.
