I recently discovered a number of unused shipping labels basically due to miscommunication. They are both recent and some are older either way they are unused and unneeded. I only even realized because I clicked on tracking for an order a week ago and it was in preship status online while the customer had the order already. I was unable to reprint the labels and there was no where it's at to avoid it either. What I'm wondering is are unused shipping labels refundable and if so how? Thanks in advance and sorry so long.
