Hello there. I recently started selling some things and I'm trying to print some shipping labels with no transactions on paypal going through paypal.com/shipnow When the page opens it is blank and says "Create shippment" But underneath it says in order for me to start using shipping services I need to verify my account. I don't understand what to do or why this is not working. My bank card is connected, my bank is connected directly. I've tried everything I can. Some advice on this would be very helpful.
