Hi! I printed a shipping label and was all set to send item to a buyer, but right before shipping, I ended up refunding her purchase. I had paid for the shipping since I offered free shipping to her. Will PayPal refund the money I spend on the label for an item that I never sent? I realize may be a dumb question, but just checking as it is $10.00!
