Since last Thurs. 3-26-20, I have only been able to have the shipping page load once to purchase a label. I am on Safari. The other attempts produce a spinning circle that left alone never resolves. I have tried coming in from every link I can think of to bypass any broken pathway and still not working. I have several labels to print and wonder if anyone else is experiencing this or has knowledge of how to solve.
Have you tried clearing cache and deleting stored cookies from any browser that you intend to use to print the shipping labels? That may help you with the lag that your experiencing.
