When there is clear evidence that a seller is shady (Example, refund only within 30 days of purchase and the e-mail they send you says their shipping-out might be as long 3 weeks) how can you get PayPal to pay attention to this kinds of problems?
God knows there are enough shady seller's out there (example - Facebook Sponsored Ads with limited time offers).., What does PayPal do to ensure we are protected?
