Setting Up Account

Hi

I've been trying to get my business paypal set up for over a month with no luck. I keep getting the same error and I keep 'Please try again later.'ing  but no luck.

I need to put in the details - personal information, business information and beneficial owner.

I fill them in - get a green check, hit 'save and close' then I get the 'Something seems to have gone wrong' when I go back in I see the red exclamation mark even though all the details are entered and correct. (Where the red exclamation marks appear changes as well!)

Please help.
