Nope, would still end up costing you to undo it. PayPal no longer refund PayPal fees on goods and services payments, so someone will pay that $99 fee, no matter what. You can call customer service and ask if they would give back the fee. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Have to take your time and make sure you're sending money the correct way. Mistakes are costing us money now. These companies are not having it.
And there are certain situations where fees are charged with friends and family payments: Cross border (intl) personal payment and paying with any funding source. Domestic: paying with card or PayPal credit
