I am new to the PayPal, I sent my brother from my wallet to his PayPal account 191.95 usd he received 182.24 usd!! What is the fee for sending money to another PayPal account? Can i send the money to my brother bank account directly? What are the fees for sending money from wallet to bank account??
Its down to how the payment was SENT to your brothers account.
1. If you sent using money > goods / services option then paypal would charge you a fee.
2. If you had sent using the send money > family / friends option then no fee if funded via a bank account. (However that option is not available in every country).
