Sending money to a Friend was Changed to Goods and Services

I have just completed my first ever 'Send Money to a Friend' using Paypal.  I spent the prior 3 hours reading all the terms and conditions PayPal had to offer to make sure my friend would get the money he was owed.  However, I was unaware and this should be blatantly clear that if the recipient is using a business account the feature automatically changes to 'Goods and Services'   Is there anything I can do?  They said they are sending him an  E-Check and it'll take like 6 days plus they're going to charge him a transaction fee, which he will expect me to payback too! UGH! I was so careful!!!

What kind of PayPal account do I need?
PayPal.Me is open to all account types, however business accounts can only accept Goods and Services payments.

Thank you! I can’t believe I missed that! My friend only gave me his email address, once in my contacts Paypal connected it with his Paypal.me account. This blows!!
