Sending money from Russia to the US

Just curious if it is possible, assuming both parties have Paypal accounts, and how much the fees would be.

You can send funds to anyone that has a paypal account that can receive funds worldwide.

However check the currency to check if they can send USD for you.

FEES are in paypals user agreement and vary country to country.
