Someone sent me rent money and used the wrong category... I guess "Goods" instead of "Friends and Family." She is older and not tech saavy. But her mistake is costing me $74.25 in fees from PayPal. I have spent 3 hours on their chat line and they have been incredibly slow and unhelpful. How do I speak with a real person and get this resolved?
Not sure you will be able to reverse it if the transaction is completed.
Transaction is not completed. I have not accepted the money yet. I'm trying to deal with customer service and it's been so frustrating.
