Send money from Hong Kong to USA

I tried to donate to my church in USA , I have done on 23Aug,but after 31Aug,I can not do,shows error message

"Donations to this recipient aren't support from this country."

Is this political problem between US and China recently?

I asked PP message center, I got answers which no use. Someone answer me?
