Not possible unless you have a dispute opened on the payment transaction. If it is after 7 days from date of payment, locate the payment transaction in your account activity, click it and then click "Report a problem". Or, if you do not want to dispute just yet, contact the seller through their website or through the online marketplace (ie. eBay, facebook) or through their email address if you have it.
