Selling on Ebay and using paypal to receive payment

I am trying to sell a couple of tickets on ebay and as I set up the auction it keep rejecting my email address and saying that "Email address cannot be used for PayPal payments at this time" . Anyone have any idea what the issue could be?  Thanks
