He sounds very interested over the phone. He doesn't want me to show it to other people so he sent me 200 dollars as a deposit stating he will come tomorrow to see the car. He only asked for my email account and sent the 200 dollars through paypal. I logged in and yes I got the money. Well I only got about 193 dollars because about 7 dollars show up as a fee.
I have read that people can pay something and then ask paypal to refund their money afterwards once the have taken off with the car.
Any suggestions on making sure the money stays in my paypal account?

You will be charged a fee for receiving payments through Goods& Services. And yes they (buyer) can file a dispute on the transaction and ask for a refund. If they file a dispute then the PayPal will decide whether to refund money or not. But don't worry PayPal is safe until and unless you have given the right description for the car which you are selling.
