Hello! I want to sell a game account via paypal,it's more secure if the buyer pays to me as a gift right? Because if pays as a normal payment he can ask for a refund saying that I didnt gave him nothing and scam my account. Or even paying as a gift I can be scammed?

Thanks for help?

No its far less secure.

You are correct in that he cannot open a Paypal dispute for 'non receipt of item' OR 'item received but not as described' as he would have no buyer protection (if he paid via the gift route).

However he can file an 'unauthorised transaction' OR file a 'chargeback' via his credit card and you would lose as you would have no seller protection for accepting gift payments.

Also accepting gift ie family / friends payments for selling is against Paypal rules and can lead to your Paypal account being limited.
