If I sell a car and the buyer wants to pat through Paypal what percentage will be taken as a fee?

I wouldn't, you have 0 seller protection on paypal for motor vehicles.
Tell him to pay via bank transfer at your house after inspecting the car OR bring cash.
Advice is voluntary.
