If I were to buy an online-gaming account, would that be covered by PayPal buyer protection?
If the seller would recover the gaming-account, would there be a chance that I can refund my money because I have been scammed?
Would he have to bring up proof that I still have it?

HI @bobross96,
Welcome to our Community!
You will find information on our Buyer Protection Policy here. I would first check if it is permitted to buy or sell accounts on the platform in question. If the seller can provide substantial proof the item or service has been provided, your claim might be denied. These cases are complicated so it is best that you escalate the dispute to a claim and let PayPal decide the outcome.
Thanks
Martin
