Log into your summary page > scroll down left side of that page and under 'selling tools' is 'seller preferences' > click on that > second section down under 'getting paid and managing risk' is 'block payments' > click on 'update' > put a tick next to (Pay with eCheque or German bank transfer for all website payments except eBay. NOTE: You may not block eCheque payments on eBay).
