seller protection is your concern? that is a sad thing as the term and the reality of the situation is totally polar opposites...
seller protection doesn't exist. you can do your best for years to do people right, and yet someone can just open an account and flat rip you off and the paypal guys will take their word over yours. You shouldn't even worry about it. do your best to screen your customers and it will still happen.. they call it the cost of doing business.. in other words, you're **bleep**
