Hello, I sold some curriculum to a buyer from a group on FB today. However, she gave me a different address to ship to than what is on her PP account payment. Her PP account shows an address in Canada, whereas the address she gave me to ship is in Washington. My main concern is that if she tries to request a refund for any reason, I as the seller would not be covered by PP protection. The PP seller protection page states that the items sold must be shipped to the address on the buyers account. Am I reading this correctly? Thanks in advance.

Yes you are and you would have no paypal seller protection if you sent to an address that was not the buyers registered address on paypal at the time of the transaction.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
