Seller protection when the buyer arranges the transport?

I'm privately selling my used furniture to a buyer who would like to pay me via paypal. The buyer wants to arrange the transport by themselves through an agency. I don't want to run into the risk that the buyer will claim a refund under the buyer protection after handing over the items to the transport agency. Therefore, my questions are:

(i) What kind of paperwork do I need to make sure that I will be covered by the seller protection?
(ii) Will the buyer be responsible for the item once it is handed over to the transport agency? Meaning that the item is considered as delivered from the moment of pick-up?

Thank you very much!

You wont receive any Seller Protection for items sold locally/picked up.

Transactions like these, done through online classifieds, are very susceptible to unauthorized payment claims (chargebacks). Without Seller Protection, you're running the risk of being out the funds and the item.

Some additional tips: Always log into your PayPal account directly at the website (never through emails) to check if you have any notices or transactions in your account. If you are not seeing any transactions after someone has told you they sent you funds, the funds were most likely never actually sent.

Thank you so much for your advice! I highly appreciate that you alert people and make them aware of those things, because in my case it really turned out be an (unsuccessful) phishing attempt!
