Quick question.
To get around OfferUp's ridiculous notion that buying item from another private party are subject to sales tax and their chat filter for direct contact information, the seller of an item posted his QR code to the item's listing. When I scan it, PayPal shows it as an In Person Purchase.
Would the transaction still be covered under PayPal's Buyer Protection?
Thanks!
