Seller offer assisted purchase from USA , in case of he is a scammer ?

There is a website called USOUTFIT.com offer assisted purchase for US website for non Americans 

the website looks legitimate and they are using Paypal for payment they send an invoice to my email  to pay 

My Question is in case of the seller is a scammer ,i'm protected from payapl or it will be hard to get my money back ?

I was worried too, but after my first successful order I can say they helped me a lot to get the stuff I couldn't order by myself. Next week I 'm going to place my 4th order for smartphone and maybe something for my wife from Coach-outlet. Cheers
