Just got a email from paypal wanting my birthday, social security number and address,is this legit ??

Hi @Romansguy,
Thank you for your post and for your caution. If PayPal is asking for that information in your PayPal account in the Resolution Center, that would be the safest environment to provide the information. If it's being requested by email and the information is to be emailed, that would be a fake email.
To stay safe, don't follow any links from an email to log in to your PayPal account. Open a fresh browser window and type in PayPal.com.
