How do I make it so people can't make purchases with my PayPal unless they use a password first. For example my wife has my PayPal linked to her sephora and elf accounts, and can check out any time she wants. I've already changed my password but it's still purchases without my permission. How to make it so no website can purchase except when my PayPal password is put in?
