my first account has some problem. i have tried to solve it,but every time i have become failed. The, i will try to close my account, but my bad luck, i became again failed. i can't close my account. For that, i need to open a new paypal account. Kind your information, I'm Bangladeshi. Can i open a businesses account from Bangladesh? Is there allowed to use business account in Bangladesh? N.B : it's not allowed personal aaccount in Bangladesh. please inform me. help me

You have registered a paypal account from Cyprus, if you are not living in Cyprus but in Bangladesh then it would never work for you and you are not allowed to use another countries paypal account.

Paypal is not available in Bangladesh so sadly you can't use it at all.
