Everytime you email spoof@paypal.com, do they always say that its a scam or only when it really is one?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community forum!

In general, when you forward to us a phishing email to be checked, we only confirm that the email is fake after having reviewed and having determined that we did not send it.
