I'm new to this. So I made a transaction recently where I sent a shirt to someone and he had said he sent me the money. He sent me the email saying that the transaction has been put on hold. It turns out this email was fake because the Transaction ID was fake. So is there anyway I can still get my money through Paypal if he doesn't send it to me directly.
