Scam??

I am receiving a payment from a customer, but he is telling me that I have to pay a 32 clearance fee. I have never seen this before? Has anyone ever seen this message? UPDATE: it won’t let me load the picture, but it states: Pending....95% Error Loading Pay $32 for clearance fee and get your money instantly.

SCAM, Paypal does not do % payments and you do not have to pay clearance fees.
