Hi. Need to speak to customer services. Regarding a scam which I need to stop payment on PayPal Pad. I try to ring PayPal on so many days and attempts. No joy. Text message. Waited over 1.30 hrs. No joy. Left open conversation n the box. Terrible service. I need to talk directly to someone without going round in circles. Thanks Thanks
