okay so someone’s wants to send me money but is telling me that i need to buy a $25 gift card for amazon & then he said my money will appear in my paypal?? is this a scam or no ??

Scam. PayPal NEVER asks you to buy gift cards (some scammers will go as far as to ask you to buy in some nutty amount like $300 or $500 gift card), or pay a third party or use a third party payment processor in order to receive your payment.
