So I recently bought something online for a kind of “rank” in some game. It charged me $9,99 US, as it indicated. However, I did not receive the digital service. I asked the server forum, and they said that the website to which I payed money is not theirs. Heart attack moment. I used my Paypal account to pay that service, and my bank account is linked to my Paypal. (Paypal took the money from my bank account to pay the seller). All I want to know is: Is the “scammer” now able to withdraw any amount of money from my bank account?
