I am being charged for no reason, the company is a scam which took money out of my account without my permission which I don’t understand. I bought infrahead for 56 USD and guaranty for 82.49 USD on 10/4/2020 once of payment but I got deducted another 368.42 USD on first of May 1/5/2020. I would like to receive my money back as I read that ( think tech sales limited ) is a scam company and is done it to a lot of people and it’s still scamming people’s money without PayPal stopping them.
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
If not then click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the report a problem link at the bottom of that details page to report as unauthorised.
