I receive a message from david <removed> they tell me to ship him a mobile phone and he will give me 270 dollar. I asked him to send me money and he accepts . I receive a message from an email and he told me that i reeceive money but it still need tracking number it is on hold. When i sent to him tracking number they told me i should wait 48 hours . Now it passed i didn't receive any money . Please tell me what it is passed and how to solve it ? Waiting for your replu
Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account. Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
Never send an item until the funds are SHOWING in your Paypal account balance.
