Scam mail?

Is this mail a scam? Inside this emal I got the folowing message: Hello kindly reply back to us for more instruction. Message from the buyer: Hello I complete the transfer now and then PayPal mail me now concerning the transaction the money is on hold you need to check your email for the confirmation emails on how to complete the transaction did you get any mail from PayPal?? Did you get any confirmation email from PayPal about this transaction?

Difficult to judge but paypal don't issue instructions, if the buyer has paid it will SHOW in your paypal account balance.

Even if pending as a new seller it will still SHOW in your paypal account balance and activity list.
