Hey. I'm trying to sell a notebook through Kijiji. I received a contact from someone today that demonstrated his interest. We discussed the final price and he said that he would like to pay with PayPal. This is were things started to get fishy. He said he already did the payment and that I would receive an email from PayPal confirming it. I did received emails from trackingmanagerservice saying that I would only be able to receive the money after I responded the email with a tracking number for the notebook. PayPal does not use that email right? Just want to be sure.
