Scam - Goods not agreed to be paid by pay pal

Hi 

Not able to access my account as my details are out of date back to 2011 I cant get hold of pay pal and this payment could have been stopped.  The phone line I have tried to call is not in use. Created a new account and still no response

Help need urgently
