Why is Paypal deducting their fees from money I do not collect (sales tax). 1. Their systems and or people are not equipped to handle basic math or 2. since there is no competition via eBay they can do what they want. My thought is a little of both. Fortunately, eBay is testing another payment system which will take Paypal out of the loop and the market can decided if they want to do business with them.
