Reveal PayPal account email ??

I advertised a cell phone on the local Craig's List and have a response from someone in the USA where he/she says :

 

<<I will need you to provide me with your PayPal account email (I will take care of the PayPal surcharge, just let me know) Simply log in to 

jamrith_0-1594860358431.pngwww.paypal.com and register with them. Be sure to get back to me with your PayPal email so I can make the payment now>>

 

Doesn't sound right to me. Any thoughts ?
