Returned item very badly packed and damaged

Hello everyone,

I am very disappointed, returned item is packed very badly and important part (record player lid) is totally damaged. Anyway, everything is packed in very loose manner. An important part of a headshell with a stylus just in some bag. The plinth is damaged as well.......I have made pictures and send to the Paypal. But what next?
