Hi everyone, Has anyone been successful with the new Paypal "return shipping refund" process? I submitted a claim On Dec 8 and provided all the documents requested. According to the Payupal website, I should be getting a confirmation of approval or else within 5 days. As of December 17, the claim status is still showing "Under Review". I tried contacting paypal about this but there are no options for this particular process and all I got in return was a long automated message about requesting refunds from vendors etc. Am I too eager to get an answer from Paypal on my claim? Has any of you successfully used that service? Thanks for your help, Fred
