Hi, i recently bought items online not knowing that my balance in my bank account wasn't sufficient and after a message saying "insufficient fund", it charged me a 45$. It already happen in the past and I let the error slide, but two time the 45$ start to cost a lot and i would to find a way to correct this situation... My PayPal balance is currently at 0$, and my previous incident was paid after I owned PayPal the cash that i didn't have at the time. Also, the transactions doesn't appear on my PayPal in the "money out" category, making me suspicious of these fees
