Reset password when paypal has the wrong phone number and there is no agent to talk to
My husband has lost his password and cannot log in to find help. Paypal is saying that they will send him information on how to get a new password to his phone number. The problem is that they have an old number that is no longer working. When he calls Paypal he is told that, because of the Covid, he cannot talk to anyone. I have tried to message Paypal but they tell me that he has to be the one to contact them. HE CAN'T. We are really getting jacked around and I am wondering if anyone out there knows how to actually get in touch with paypal. Or maybe, how to change a phone number with paypal
without getting a phone message to an old number to do it.
