I want to sell a product, the buyer gave me his PayPal email to send a money request. I did and now he claims he open a new PayPal account to send the request there. I am not sure what my protections as a seller are if I receive payment and send the article to him. I am suspicious of the last minute PayPal address change. Not very familiar with this transactions. Can you offer me any advice? Thank you
