I have a question, How can I report a user that uses paypal for transactions of an Adult nature?

They create works of dubious nature of content that is owned by activision and bandai ect.

and works that involve very uncomfortable content such as rape and bestiality.

The stuff they do is public, so i'm not sure what that accounts for
