Removed my primary email while waiting on a refund

Hi, 

 

I mindlessly removed my primary email and replaced it with another and then requested a refund from a seller. The seller told me the refund is processing on their end. I did not see the refund show up in my account at all. Did this action prevent me from receiving my refund? I have since re-added that original email as a secondary email. Thanks.
