Regulator information needed

Does anybody know who Paypal must answer to? They have my money and don't or won't answer to me.

I need help from a powerful third party.

Anyone know which body regulates these criminals?

Click on legal bottom right of paypal pages > user agreement > there is a section in there on paypals regulators and how to make a complaint.

However i would read that user agreement first as they are legally allowed to hold your funds in certain circumstances.

Thank you for your reply. I will follow your advice. My main concern is not just weather they are entitled to hold my money like this, it is the fact that they will not engage with me directly and are blatently messing me around. This model they have adopted is more than apparentbin countless other posts by others.
