Tried to open PayPal account - got letter of refusal "Unable to verify my identity". No explanation how to verify my identity; no suggestion of remedy - not even a phone number to call. However payPal has already processed a payment from my credit card a month ago. How is that?
I am extremely disappointed by the crappy service that PayPal appears to offer and will never use it again if this is not resolved soon
Well doesn't bother us if you use paypal or not to be honest but...
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
